A superior blend, with a refined taste A premium blend of high grade Brazilian natural and semi-washed Arabica and “Conillon”, a fine and carefully selected washed Robusta, that exalts the espresso’s intensity. A perfect balance between notes of dark chocolate, hazelnuts and cane sugar, full body and a round taste. Roasting is long, delicate and “gentle”, thanks to the traditional drum method which preserves aromas and guarantees a lingering flavour. 

Origin: Lambari natural, Sul del Minas Cereja Descascada and Espirito Santo Conillon Brazil

Tips

For Espresso making you need a fine grind coffee (level 1-3) for Cold brew you need a semi coarse grind coffee (Level 6-8) and for French coffee you need a coarse grind coffee (level 9-10), level of grinding always depends on the type of your grinder!

The special vent in the package keeps the beans fresh. Keep the package always sealed when opened and grind coffee beans in small quantities, only for your daily use, as coffee beans can maintain their aroma and flavour in contrast with the ground coffee!
